"Thank you to the team of Magginis, especially Abbie and Dr. Rubin. Today my son and I were expecting the braces to come off because of a prior conversation that was misunderstood. We counted down the days until today and once we arrived we were told the braces weren’t coming off but to pick a color. I was so sad and torn because I checked my son out of school early and being that I’m in dentistry myself I knew how much this day meant to him and myself as his mother. After voicing my concerns I had no idea the braces were actually ready to come off, but the procedure was to get a scan for his retainers and come back. Instead of making us wait the team immediately came up with a game plan to make sure my son wasn’t let down. Thank you guys so much for hearing my concern! I truly appreciate the entire team especially because this was not the first time I had a concern that I brought up and both times I was heard and that just speaks to how you and your team actually care about your patients. I can’t say this enough thank you for making this day special and I highly recommend anyone to come to the Savannah location."

"What started as a not so great experience ended as a wonderful one. My permanent retainer of 20 years broke and I needed it removed and another installed. South Georgia Orthodontics in Savannah could fit me in the soonest. I had the retainer removed there, and a week later at the Pooler location had another installed. Unfortunately for me the methods of permanent retainers have changed in the last 20 years and the new one that was installed was different than the original. It frustrated me to no end and made for a miserable weekend. The following Monday I scheduled to have it removed. The woman at the Savannah branch not only removed the new retainer but took an impression and made me a new removable retainer at no cost. I was prepared to pay extra for the second removal but I wasn't charged. I got the impression since I had paid for a new retainer they were determined to give me one that I was satisfied with and make sure I was taken care of. I was really impressed. Many businesses would have charged for the second removal and not offered to make a replacement. I dont know if this is their policy in all cases, but I really appreciated them working with me. Excellent service and care at the Savannah branch. Wonderful people."
